Welcome to the
LGBTQ+ Culture Center!
The LGBTQ+ Culture Center (formerly GLBT Student Support Services) serves as a resource and information center for campus and community individuals, groups, events, and activities. We provide a welcoming environment for queer people as well as individuals seeking to grow in their understanding of LGBTQ+ issues. We’re also here to support those who may experience harassment or discrimination—just stop by, call us at 812-855-4252, or e-mail Doug or Jamie.
We’re part of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs and work with other cultural centers and campus offices to create a positive, welcoming environment for all students. Student organizations and community groups also provide support and numerous social and educational opportunities.
You can find a great book, film, or zine at the LGBTQ+ Library; browse upcoming events; find a group to join; and sign up for our weekly newsletter. And if you don’t find what you’re looking for online, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
